1. General provisions
Kalkulator.app (hereinafter: 'the Website') provides free informational tools — tax calculators — for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and individuals running or considering running a sole trader business in Poland.
Use of the Website is voluntary and free of charge. The Website does not require registration or the creation of a user account.
2. Nature of the calculators
The calculators available on the Website are designed to estimate taxes, ZUS contributions, and net income based on data entered by the user. All results are approximate and for informational purposes only.
A user's actual tax and contribution obligations may differ from the calculator results due to individual financial circumstances, applicable regulations, available tax reliefs, and other factors the calculator does not account for.

3. Limitation of liability
The Website owner makes every effort to ensure that the content and calculator results are accurate and up to date. However, the owner accepts no liability for:
- financial, tax, or legal decisions made on the basis of calculator results,
- discrepancies between calculator results and a user's actual tax or contribution obligations,
- outdated information resulting from changes in tax or contribution regulations,
- any damages arising from interruptions in the availability of the Website or its resources.

4. Use of the Website
