Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
Introduction
Kalkulator.app respects the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy describes what information may be processed when using the website, for what purpose, and how we protect your data. By using the website, you accept the terms described in this document.
Data entered into the calculator
The B2B calculator processes the values you enter — such as revenue, costs and tax parameters — exclusively in your browser. This data is not transmitted to a server, not stored in any database, and not shared with third parties. The website does not require registration, login, or the provision of any personal data.
Cookies
The website may use essential cookies for technical purposes — for example, to remember your chosen language preference (Polish / English). These cookies do not contain personal data and are not used to track users for advertising purposes. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, although some website features may not work correctly as a result.
Analytics data
The website may in the future use analytics tools (e.g. traffic statistics) to improve service quality. These tools may collect only anonymous data such as:
- pages visited on the website
- browser type and version
- device type (desktop, phone, tablet)
- approximate geographic location (country, region)
Analytics data is completely anonymous and cannot be used to identify individual users. It is not linked to any data entered into the calculator.
IP addresses
The website's servers may temporarily process users' IP addresses as part of standard HTTP request handling. This is technically necessary for any website to function. IP addresses are not intentionally recorded for the purpose of identifying specific users or building behavioural profiles.
User rights (GDPR)
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), every user has the following rights:
- right to access personal data being processed
- right to request rectification or erasure of data
- right to restriction of processing
- right to data portability
- right to object to processing
Because the website does not collect or store users' personal data in databases, most of the above rights do not require any additional action on our part. For questions, please contact us at the email address in the Contact section.
