What is the B2B calculator?

The B2B calculator is a free online tool that helps entrepreneurs and freelancers estimate their net take-home pay when running a sole trader business (JDG) in Poland. Just enter your monthly revenue and select a tax form — in seconds you'll see how much you keep after paying taxes and ZUS contributions.

Are the B2B calculator results accurate?

Results are approximate and for informational purposes only — they help estimate the tax burden but may differ from your actual tax liability. The real amount depends on your individual financial situation, available deductions and other factors. We recommend consulting a licensed tax advisor or accountant before making financial decisions.

How do I calculate B2B revenue?

B2B revenue is the net value of invoices issued (excluding VAT) in a given month. Enter that amount in the 'monthly net revenue' field — the calculator will automatically compute income tax, ZUS contributions and your final net take-home pay. Note that revenue is recognised when the service is performed, regardless of when payment is received.

Does the calculator use current 2026 tax rates and ZUS contributions?

Yes. The B2B calculator uses tax rates and ZUS contributions in force for 2026, including start-up relief, preferential ZUS and full ZUS. Rates are regularly reviewed, but we recommend verifying them against official sources — the Ministry of Finance and ZUS.pl.

Is the B2B calculator free?

Yes, the calculator is completely free and requires no registration or account. You can use it without limits — model different scenarios, change parameters and share results with others via a link.

Does the calculator account for ZUS contributions?

Yes. You can choose from three ZUS variants: start-up relief (no social contributions for the first 6 months), preferential ZUS (reduced contributions for 24 months after the relief ends) and full ZUS (standard contributions). You can also toggle voluntary sickness insurance and see how it affects your net pay.

Does the calculator work for flat-rate tax, linear tax and progressive scale?

Yes. The B2B calculator supports all three of Poland's most popular tax forms: flat-rate (ryczałt, rates 2%–17%), linear tax (19%) and progressive scale (12%/32%). Results for each form are computed automatically when you select an option.

How much do you keep on B2B?

The net amount depends on your revenue, tax form and ZUS type. With 10,000 PLN monthly revenue under linear tax and full ZUS, the approximate net take-home is around 7,000–7,800 PLN. Enter your own figures in the calculator to see the exact result instantly.

Does the calculator store my data?

No. All calculations are performed locally in your browser. No values you enter — including revenue and cost amounts — are ever sent to a server or shared with third parties. Your financial data stays on your device only.

Can I share my calculation results?

Yes. Click 'Share' in the calculator — it will generate a link with your settings encoded. Anyone opening that link will see the exact same calculator configuration and results.
